Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire Greens will be fighting the North East regional list in the forthcoming Scottish Election on May 5th - Five candidates will stand. Martin Ford and Rhonda Reekie will head the list.

Key campaign issues will include

Sustainable transport - investment in rail and bus services
Securing funding for schools
Democracy in planning
Supporting the Menie residents against Donald Trump and Aberdeenshire Council
Open and accountable government at all levels.

The Group has welcomed Aberdeenshire councillors Martin Ford (East Garioch) and Debra Storr (Ellon & District) as members and is actively engaged in campaigns in both Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire.
